Telegram is available for Android, Windows Phones, etc and not for Windows based PC, as it is not officially made available for Windows. But still there is a way to use this application on PC. For this an emulator application can be used. For windows phones or any other mobile OS there is not any effective emulator application available. Although for Android there are some emulators available, such as Bluestacks and Andy.

Installing Telegram on PC
- Get Bluestacks. You can download the same from here!
- Once downloaded, install it on your system.
- Now navigate to search bar in Bluestacks and search for Telegram using Google play store or 1Mobile Market in the Bluestacks, and install it once found.
