Knowing how to view and change wifi password is very important. Without wifi password, your wireless network wouldn’t work for other devices any more. Here we will tell you what can you do if you forget the wifi password.Step 1. For some wireless router, the default wireless password can be found on a sticker on the unit:
Step 2. If you had change the default wifi password, using a computer that is connected to the router with an Ethernet cable, launch a web browser. Examples of web browsers include Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox.
Step 3. Visit http://www.routerlogin.com. You can also use the following if the http://www.routerlogin.com does not work:
• http://www.routerlogin.net
• 10.0.0.1
• 192.168.1.1
• 192.168.0.1
Step 4. Enter the following default username and password. If you would have change wifi password. Use the new password that you have changed to. If you cannot remember your new password, you must perform a factory reset to restore the router to its factory default settings.
Step 5. Now please find the wireless setup, the password/key for the wireless network of your router will be on the box on the right side
Step 6. To change wifi password, simply type a new password in the Passphrase field and click the Apply button.
Note: Any wireless devices that were connected to the wireless network will be disconnected since the wireless password is now different. You will need to connect them to the wireless network again.
If you had created a wifi hotspot with My WIFI Router, it would be much easier. Just opening the interface and fill in password according to following picture:
